Other: Tasuki's "magic" is based purely on his Seishi powers which are inherent. His speed is his main power which is blink-and-you-miss-him levels. Any spells he does also come from his powers, but he needs to remember the spell first.

Description of powers: His seishi powers include martial arts, speed, and spouting flames from his iron fan. He's also skilled in judo, archery, swordsmanship, and is briefly capable of using ofuda to create realistic illusions.
Strength/Extent of powers: His physical strength is somewhat normal, but he runs faster than a blink of an eye. His martial arts and swrodplay is exceptional, especially when he uses his speed with it. His tessen is capable of turning anything to ash, even bone and stone. He's also a bit of a brawler and will kick anyone's ass. :|d
Innate: Speed! This will also cause his seishi mark to light up bright red whenever he puts effort into his speed. Basic, basic swordplay will be a body-memory thing, as well as basic fisticuffs/brawling.
Memory related: Some of it is.
Relation to memory: Magic spells he learned like how to activate his fan or use ofuda. He'll be able to concentrate his special seishi-ness to focus his ki, too.
Preferred Weapon: HIS TESSEN or a sword
Uniform Customization: Leather trenchcoat with a waist-belt, beaded necklaces, and leather boots that reach his knees (SEE ICON).
